1. How do I create an account? Click on the person icon on the top right hand side of the website. Tap on "create account". You can manage your orders, subscriptions, and customer details (email & address) from your account page.

2. How do I manage my subscription? Manage your subscription from your account page. Log in to your account from the person icon on the top right hand side of the website. Once logged in, click on the tab that says "subscriptions" from your account page. You can pause, cancel, and reinstate your subscriptions from here. You can also edit your subscription items from here. 

3. What are Portal Points? Portal Points is our loyalty program! You can earn points with every purchase and exchange those points for order discounts or free shipping on future orders. To learn more about Portal Points, visit this page.

4. What is your refund/exchange policy? Visit this page to learn more about our return & exchange policy. 

5. When will I get my order? Our processing time is 5-7 business days. Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping option you choose. Please note that processing time is different from shipping time. Reference your order confirmation email for more information.
