Follow these instructions to get the longest lifetime from your candles
VENTILATE
- Burn candles in a well-ventilated area
AVOID TUNNELING
- Allow the candle to generate a wax pool that covers the entire surface of the candle & reaches the edges of the jar. This will create a "wax memory". It's a thing! If the wax doesn't fully burn out to the edges of the candle, the subsequent burns will initiate a tunneling effect and decrease the lifetime of the candle
TRIM
- The wick will need a trim before each burn to keep it lit! Trim cotton wicks to at least 1/4". Trim the cooled, charred wick with a wick trimmer and discard it (don't keep it in the candle wax!).
BURN IN CYCLES
- It is not recommend to keep candles lit for more than 3-4 hours at a time
KNOW WHEN THE CANDLE IS OVER
- Do not burn a candle below the lat half inch of wax left in the jar.
